Currently accepting commission requests for characters I have created custom body-base models for:

Love and Deepspace 3D renders
Caleb, Sylus, Rafayel, Zayne and Xavier

COMMISSION PRICING

3D RENDER COMMISSIONS

Base Price [one character render]: 100 USD

  • Max characters in a render: 3

  • Additional character, I've already made a base model for: +80 USD

  • If you want the character(s) in their original model outfits, make note of it in the form/DM/email, it will have no additional charge

  • Simple custom outfit per character: addition of 10-25 USD

  • Complex custom outfit per character: addition of 50 USD+ depending on the complexity

  • NSFW: OK! But if I am uncomfortable with the idea, I will decline

  • Any additional render iterations/version/angles [4k each]: +25 USD

  • Work-in-progress previews will be sent at each step of the creation process:

  1. outfit creation

  2. character posing

  3. camera composition

  4. scene building/lighting

LADS MC MODEL CREATION FOR USE OF RENDER COMMISSIONS

MC CREATION: 150 USD

  • Fully customized model creation of MC's are a one-time purchase, meaning if you request a different commission with me, using your custom MC, you would only need to pay the additional character fee: +60 USD

  • I do not sell my models, you are paying me to create this model only for use of render commissions with me

  • For a fully customized MC, I will do the following

  1. You need to be comfortable giving me the QR code of your MC's face

  2. I will make a base body for the head (+hair, +eyes, +body moles, +body type, etc) (rigging, shading, etc)

Please have the following:

  • Name/Nickname and Twitter handle

  • Character(s) wanted in the render (max of 3)

  • The request in detail (please describe what outfit, pose and expression you want)

  • At least two visual references in image format, I will not open links (references of the idea/posing/atmosphere/etc)

  • Payment of choice: Ko-fi or Paypal

  • If I want to post your commissioned piece on social media, do you want to remain anonymous? (Y/N)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

t

Commissions won't be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis
• silverelitist reserves the right to choose requests based on what they feel they can confidently deliver

t

If the Client's commission is accepted:
• Client will receive an email or a reply on either Twitter or Ko-fi with silverelitist's acceptance to work on the request, as well as an estimated QUOTE of costs
• prices quoted below are indicative; extra charges may be incurred depending on the complexity of the Client's request (i.e. outfit swaps, custom clothing creation, etc.)
• once the Client and silverelitist have come to an agreement on the final render composition, the Client will receive an INVOICE to be paid in full

Work will begin on the commission only after the full payment from the Client has been received by silverelitist

t

Work-in-progress previews will be sent to the Client at each step of the creation process:
1. outfit creation
2. character posing
3. camera composition
4. scene building/lighting
• the Client will be able to suggest a total of 2 × free changes at the beginning of the camera composition process
• Any changes requested after the [camera composition] stage—even if the Client has yet to utilise the 2 × free changes offered for the [posing/camera comp] stage—may be subject to additional fees
⚠ the Client is expected to pay this in full before changes are made

The commission may take between a few days to (1) month maximum to complete, please be patient

t

Upon completion you will receive:
• A full 4K resolution render in PNG format
• A watermarked version for posting online

t

silverelitist will not accept commissions involving:
• the creation of FF7R mods, resources, or similar
• the use of models where more than 80% of it has not been self-create

t

Models and .blend files created by silverelitist will not be available for purchase, and are not included as part of the commission purchase

PAYMENT INFORMATION

t

All prices are in USD currency, and the only accepted method of payment is through Ko-fi or PayPal

t

Any early payments made before silverelitist has
1. agreed to your commission via email and
2. issued an official invoice, will be considered a regular Ko-Fi donation
This transaction will NOT be refunded

t

Full payment is required upfront before work on the commission can begin
⚠ payment plans are not offered

t

No refunds are given once full payment has been received
⚠ if circumstances outside of silverelitist's control impacts their ability to complete the Client's commission, the Client will be informed and receive a full refund

t

If the Client fails to send payment within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, and the Client cannot show proof of a timely payment transaction being made to silverelitist within the payment deadline, the Client agrees that they:
⚠ have forfeited their commission slot, and
⚠ will accept up to an 80% refund of the total commission amount, and
⚠ may be barred from future commissions

t

if additional payments are required during the creation stage for reasonable and agreed upon changes, the Client will be issued with a variation invoice, to be payable within 48 hours
• Work on the commission will pause until the variation fee is received
⚠ If payment is not received within 48 hours, the variation will be discarded and work will resume for the original composition

t

If the Client at any time asks for unreasonable changes outside the scope of the original request, silverelitist reserves the right to reject those changesThe original composition as agreed upon by both parties (Client and silverelitist) detailed in the first invoice payment will be the product that the Client receives

t

Once the final version of the full resolution commission has been emailed to the Client, no further changes to the render is allowed

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

t

All commissions are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial, AI or NFT use

t

When posting to any public/online platform, the Client agrees to only post the watermarked version of the full render
• using the render as a header/wallpaper/avatar/printing for display (for yourself, not for sale/distribution/advertising) does not require a watermark

t

silverelitist retains full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork and have the right to post a watermarked version of the Client's commission on social media

PRIVACY TERMS

t

During the payment process, sensitive, legal information of Silverelitist may be revealed; in such a case, both parties (Client and Silverelitist) agree to keep all personal information private. By sending payment for a commission, you agree to not disclose any personal information to third parties.
